Ideology

Light house principal, Stephen R. Covey

Men of success have their own principe that they hold on to. How
they look or view things govern by this believe. Obviously, their
believe subsequently portray into action, whether it's good or other
way round...I understand this whole process as "ideology".
It's fair enough for one to follow an idealism. But I wondering
instead of following, why don't we've our owns..??
